Over 70% of our new products are Peppermayo Exclusives the Label and designed by us. With the most control and transparency over production, our major focus has been to ensure we are continuously evaluating, monitoring and improving the working conditions of our workers.

Over 70% of our new products are Peppermayo Exclusives the Label and designed by us. With the most control and transparency over production, our major focus has been to ensure we are continuously evaluating, monitoring and improving the working conditions of our workers.
At a minimum, we require all our factories to register with the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) - a world leading authority on ethical trade and improving working conditions in global supply chains.
Our factories are required to undertake annual independent audits of their entire operation to insure compliance with Ethical Trade Initiative Base Code (ETI) and all local laws and regulations.
During this audit, a comprehensive inspection and evaluation is done by a licensed independent auditing agency (such as ESTS Global and SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co. Ltd). The audit reports on the compliance in the following areas:
1. Employment must be Freely Chosen
2. Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining are Respected
3. Working Conditions are Safe and Hygienic
4. Zero tolerance on child labour
5. Living Wages are Paid
6. Reasonable Working Hours
7. Zero tolerance on discrimination
8. Access to Regular Employment
9. All subcontractors must be approved by us
10. Zero tolerance on harsh or excessive punishment
11. Only employing legal workers
12. Must hold required permits when conducting business
