The promoter is Peppermayo Pty Ltd ("Peppermayo").

The Summer Social Calendar Giveaway Series will run for ten (10) consecutive weeks commencing 19 June 2026 and concluding 24 August 2026.

Each weekly giveaway will be conducted during the following periods:

• Week 1: 19 June 2026 – 22 June 2026

• Week 2: 24 June 2026 – 29 June 2026

• Week 3: 1 July 2026 – 6 July 2026

• Week 4: 8 July 2026 – 13 July 2026

• Week 5: 15 July 2026 – 20 July 2026

• Week 6: 22 July 2026 – 27 July 2026

• Week 7: 29 July 2026 – 3 August 2026

• Week 8: 5 August 2026 – 10 August 2026

• Week 9: 12 August 2026 – 17 August 2026

• Week 10: 19 August 2026 – 24 August 2026

Entries received outside the applicable weekly giveaway period will not be eligible for that week's prize draw.

Entry is open to residents of Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and eligible countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), excluding jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Entries generated through automated means, bots, scripts or other fraudulent methods are prohibited and may be disqualified.

Each weekly winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to the featured event

• A cash contribution of AUD $500 (or local currency equivalent as determined by Peppermayo in its sole discretion) intended to assist with travel and accommodation expenses

Flights, airport transfers, local transport, accommodation, meals, travel insurance, visas, passports, spending money and any additional expenses are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except at Peppermayo's sole discretion or where required by law.

Winners are solely responsible for arranging and funding all travel associated with attending the event, including flights, accommodation and transport.

Winners are responsible for ensuring they hold all documentation, authorisations and permissions required to attend the event and enter the relevant country.

Peppermayo accepts no responsibility if a winner is unable to attend an event due to travel restrictions, visa requirements, documentation issues, government regulations or any circumstance beyond Peppermayo's reasonable control.

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant event organiser and ticketing provider.

Tickets may be issued in the winner's name and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, auctioned or otherwise disposed of without the prior written consent of Peppermayo and/or the event organiser.

Any attempt to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of event tickets may result in cancellation of the prize.

Peppermayo is not responsible for any restrictions imposed by event organisers relating to ticket transferability or attendance requirements.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly giveaway period.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within seven (7) days of the applicable weekly giveaway closing date.

If a winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of being contacted, Peppermayo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Peppermayo reserves the right to verify the identity, age and eligibility of any entrant or winner and may require reasonable proof of identity, age and residency before awarding a prize.

Failure to provide requested verification information within the timeframe specified by Peppermayo may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or otherwise becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Peppermayo's reasonable control, Peppermayo reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative event, experience or prize of equal or greater value.

If a winner is unable to attend the event on the scheduled date for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

Where permitted by law, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the giveaway, including winner announcements, social media content and related publicity, without additional compensation.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be collected, used and disclosed by Peppermayo for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and facilitating prize fulfilment.

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to Peppermayo collecting and handling their personal information in accordance with Peppermayo's Privacy Policy.

Where necessary for the administration of the promotion, personal information may be disclosed to third-party service providers, event organisers, prize suppliers and related entities located within or outside the entrant's country of residence.

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or other governmental charges that may arise as a result of accepting or using a prize, except where prohibited by law.

Peppermayo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions

• Provides false, misleading or incomplete information

• Tampers with the entry process

• Uses automated means, bots or scripts to enter

• Engages in fraudulent, unlawful or inappropriate conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppermayo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, accident, expense or other claim suffered or incurred by any entrant or winner arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by law.

Peppermayo reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by law.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in participating jurisdictions.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
