    Customer Service Team is Terrible

    I ordered for the first time at Peppermayo recently. While my order was in transit, it was lost in the mail and never arrived. I reached out to Peppermayo and the customer service team refused to refund me for the items I never received. They did agree, however, to re-send me my missing items. When my items came, they were not great quality and sizing was not consistent. The fabric is very thin and cheap and I ordered all my dresses in a size 4 and some of them were too big and some too small. I attempted to return my items for a refund as they claim to have a 30 day refund policy and the website was not letting me. I emailed customer service 2 times with no reply, attempted to get ahold of someone via the live chat and after waiting 30 minutes for a person, the chat said error. I then emailed Peppermayo again and they replied saying they would connect me with someone that could help me. I still haven’t gotten a reply. Please do not order from here unless you want to get bad quality dresses and have them steal your money. I’ll never buy from here again.
