    Cute skirt, runs way too big

    I was really excited about this skirt and paid for express shipping so I could get it sooner, but it came a week later than promised. Once I finally got it, it was far too big on me. I usually wear a US 10-12, and the US 12 was huge. I am exchanging for a US 8 and seeing if it actually fits.
