Bought this with the blondie tank top in chocolate brown, and it makes the matching perfect set for vacation! I have a short torso so it’s hard to find items that actually fit me low rise, but this sits perfectly low rise on the hips. I would consider this piece true to size, but maybe size down if you have narrower hips. I am 5’2” 127lbs for reference, and I bought it in a size 2.
